Dr. Xiaojing Dong is the Head of Marketing Science at LinkedIn. She was an Associate Professor of Marketing and Business Analytics and also a founding director of MS in Business Analytics. She is an expert in applying Big Data techniques to facilitate Marketing and Business decisions. In the past decade of being an academic and working on real business problems, she developed methodologies in Behavioral-Based Targeting, cross-selling and up-selling, customer lifetime value, customer engagement measurement, cross-selling, consumer decision dynamics, consumer product search processes, marketing mix modeling and resource allocations, among others. Xiaojing has a PhD in Engineering from Northwestern, MS from MIT, and BE from Tsinghua University, China.
