Danye (Denise) Wang is the Co-Founder of UniCareer, a leading education technology platform that offers end-to-end career solutions to international talents. UniCareer influenced the career trajectory of 350,000+ students and professionals since 2014, and is a Series B company backed by leading venture capitalists both in the US and China. Ms. Wang also founded UniGlobe Capital, a cross-border advisory firm connecting Asian fund managers and US investors. The firm also has a Venture Capital arm with a focus in FinTech, enterprise services, media and entertainment. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Wang was most recently the Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with Institutional Client Business at BlackRock. In 2013, Ms. Wang launched BlackRock Educational Academy, a multi-module "best-in-class" training program targeting top institutional investors across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and US/Canada. More than 1200 institutional investors joined the Academy since.

Ms. Wang earned a BA degree in Economics from Yale University, and currently serves on the Committee of Asian Association of Alternative Investment Professionals and the Global Investment Committee as part of NYSSA (New York Society of Securities Analysts). Ms. Wang plays an active role in diversity in financial services and in tech, and she is an invited speaker at conferences and organizations including Yale University, Cornell, Columbia, NYSSA, Asia Financial Society, Beryl Elites, ERA, Liaoyuan, Ascend, China Young Development Program and AAAIM.
